Renting fares for a week in Euros:

available for 2008 year

Weeks are beggining from saturday 16:00 to next saturday 10:00.

Welcome capacity for maximum comfort: 11 persons , 9adults at the most.

* Price for a week in Euros / GB Pounds ( + 8 £ for the bank tax)

If you stay during two fares periods, the amount will be proportional to bed-nights of each period.

This fare includes:

• The consuption of water, gas and electricity (in the limit of a package 150 kwh/week). The power consuption of the basic fare will be charged 0,14 €/kwh ( £/kwh 0,12).

• A package for final cleaning. If necessary, beyond 3 hours of work, the additional hour will be charged 18 €/h ( £/h 15)

This fare doesn't include:

• The consumables: detergents and soaps, cleaning products, paper, charcoal barbecue, and so on. . .

• Household linen: sheets, pillowcases, towels, tablecloths, and so on . . .

• Local tax set by the municipality to 0, 33 € ( £ 0,28 ) per a day for one person over 13 years old

Booking :

• you must pay in advance a 30% down payment before the booking. Letting will be retained at the receiving of the contract in duplicate and cheque .

• you'll received the copy of your contract with the home-owner agreement.

Cancellation :

• if a cancellation ( by recorded letter) comes 30 days before the begining of the stay, the deposit will be refundable by the owner, except a 50 € or £ 45 deduction for running costs.
  

• If residents leave the house during the stay, there is no payment back.

Remainder :

• You must pay the remainder 30 days before the holiday commences.

Deposit :

• when you arrive into the holiday home, you have to pay the breakage deposit of 400 € or £ 350 refundable when you return the keys and after the property has been inspected and if any important damage isn't observed.
